Malfy Gin con Arancia

Malfy Gin is produced by Torino Distillati in Moncalieri in the Vergnano family distillery founded in 1906, in an area historically suited to the production of wines and liqueurs. The name of this line of artisan gin is inspired by the story that among the first to infuse juniper berries in alcohol to obtain a liqueur with medicinal functions, they were monks in 1050 on the Amalfi coast. The two Master Distiller Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni, who have learned the art of distillation at the University of Alba, pay tribute to the origins of this distillate trying to reconcile tradition and innovation according to the purely Italian style, dedicated to the continuous search for quality.

The production of Malfy Gin with Orange is characterized by the use of only Sicilian red oranges harvested in November. The peels are immersed in the alcohol and pressed, to then be infused together with the Juniper and the other 6 botanicals (coriander, cassia, angelica, lemons from the Amalfi coast, grapefruit peel, licorice), before distillation in a vacuum-packed alembic still steel.
