The Pinot Noir Maglen is born from an oenological project that represents the work of 300 vintners tied to this land for generations, capable of expressing all the elegance and the incomparable scents of a unique terroir, to convey local experience and culture, ever since, intimately linked to the mountains, nature and rhythms.
The grapes are picked up by hand and placed in small containers that keep it intact. The fermentation of the must takes place at controlled temperature (28 ° C), in large oak barrels with a submerged grape hatch adjustment system, which preserves it
to the maximum of the aromas and to obtain a more intense color. Aging / ripening: aging in barriques for 11 months and in oak barrels for a few weeks. After bottling, a further aging of the wine bottle is expected for a minimum of 6 months.
It has a ruby red with garnet nuances; the nose features spices, cherry, marasca, berries. On the palate it is fruity, delicate but persistent, elegant, with a good fruity tannic structure.
