Furore Rosso Riserva by Marisa Cuomo is a red wine with a soft and balanced taste produced in Furore and surrounding areas on the beautiful Amalfi Coast on coastal terraces 200-500 meters above sea level.
The selection of noble grapes, the search for the right degree of freshness and humidity combined with the passage of time, old secrets handed down by local winemakers and cutting-edge processing techniques give life to wines of the highest quality, esteemed throughout the world. Andrea Ferraioli and Marisa Cuomo, with the oenologist Luigi Moio and the company’s winemakers, choose to focus on quality to stand out in the panorama of Italian winemaking with wines with a unique and extraordinary flavor like the territory of the Furore coast. The overripe grapes are harvested by hand and arrive in the cellar intact. After soft pressing, the free-run must, after cold static clarification and inoculation of selected yeasts, ferments at a temperature of 12°C for about three months in oak barrels.
Furore Rosso Riserva is a wine with a red color with ruby tones, hints of blackberries, currants and blueberries on the nose, a soft and balanced taste with a final aroma of undergrowth and spices.
