Casg Annamh is a Scotch Whiskey produced by Aberlour with a rich and sweet flavor, with fruity notes of spicy orange, glazed cherries, raisins and a hint of ginger. The nose reveals sweet and fruity flavors of apple and cinnamon and ripe peaches balanced by spicy notes of licorice and cloves. the finish is long, fruity and spicy.
Aberlour is a Scottish distillery founded in 1789 by James Fleming, at that time one of the most modern in the Speyside region traditionally dedicated to whiskey, whose crystal clear waters of the River Spey are used in the production. The whiskeys it produces are generally sweet due to the refinement in sherry barrels which particularly delineate its character. We can say that Aberlour is a true Speyside whiskey.
