The Cremant du Jura Blanc Brut from Domaine Rolet is a pale straw yellow product with green reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, the nose is extremely aromatic and fine, with hints of white flowers and hawthorn. In the mouth it has a lively, slightly vinous touch with a pleasantly persistent finish.
The Domaine Rolet is made up of three different families who work together: the Flambert family, who have owned hotels for several generations, the Dupuis family, specializing in equipment for partial and infamous arts, the Devillard family. These 3 families want to establish the dominance between tradition and modernity, respecting the great diversity of the wines of the Jura, which has brought the production of Rolet to a high level of excellence, in each vintage.
