The Sancerre Blanc Comte Lafond by Baron Ladoucette has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, on the nose it is appreciated for its intense and rich bouquet in which the floral notes of hawthorn and mulberry dominate. On the palate it stands out for its freshness which characterizes the sip with an aftertaste that recalls white citrus fruits.
Sancerre Baron de Ladoucette comes from magnificent vineyards grown along the Loire. In particular, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes used for this wine come from the plots cultivated in the territories of the municipalities of Amigny, Bue, Chavignol, Reigny and Verdigny, located on the left bank of the river. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel, very slowly and at low temperatures, to preserve the floral and fruity components of the precious aromatic complement intact. For the refinement period, no wood is used and the wine rests for approximately 2 years in steel, in order to enhance the varietal characteristics and expressive purity of the Sauvignon Blanc.
