Xamàn Mezcal

Mezcal which embraces the rich Zapotec tradition, Xamán is the son of an ancient tradition dating back to the peoples of Mesoamerica, who used to attribute magical and aphrodisiac powers to this drink. From ripe agaves, distilled twice in copper stills by local artisans, Mezcal Xamán is produced traditionally, without chemistry and without electricity. Here sustainability is at the heart of every decision, for a distillate that will lead you along wild, still unknown territories.

Colorless and crystalline, it has a pleasantly smoky smell that opens with nuances of caramel, then macerated white flowers and almost silvery memories. Semi-dry tasting, it recalls intense notes of wild anise and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, just enough to make the sip infinitely pleasant.

Excellent for mixing, particularly in those drinks that include citrus fruits, tamarind above all, but also basil, mint and cloves.
