Arcari e Danesi was born at the beginning of the sixties in Lombardy, from a technical point of view SoloUva is a method by which bottled fermentation wines are produced without the classic addition of cane sugar to cause the second fermentation. this process is used for a purity purpose, in fact nothing extraneous has been added inside this bottle apart from grapes. Moreover, thanks to the extension of the territory that boasts about 2800 square hectares, and to the arrangement of the vines between the various cardinal points, it determines completely different characteristics from each other, leading to the production of SoloUva wines of the highest quality.

The Franciacortas created with this process, like those of Arcari and Danesi, are wines produced without the addition of components unrelated to the grape (cane sugar), wines that are striking for the richness of fruit and structure, characteristics that can certainly be attributed to the harvest of ripe grapes.

The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Millesimato 2020 of the Arcari e Danesi winery is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, coming from the terraced vineyards of Montorfano, adjacent to the winery headquarters and to the vineyards of Cariolo.
