The quality sparkling wine Dubl Metodo Classico Brut Rosé from the Feudi di San Gregorio winery is a product with a straw yellow color and an extremely fruity flavor, it contains notes of dog rose and a light pinch of pepper, in addition to the soft salmon color, on the palate remains light and delicate. These are the characteristics that make it unique in its kind.
The Cantina Feudi di San Gregorio was founded in the province of Avellino in 1986 and in just a few years it has become the symbol of the desire for redemption of the founders of this agricultural company from Avellino, who thanks to their dedication and their great passion for the company, agriculture and for wine have managed to create wines and sparkling wines of the highest quality.
The Dubl classic method quality project dates back to 2004, even before bubbles became an overwhelming trend, prompting many producers to try this new way. In addition to the creation of a cellar capable of making the most of the bubbles, it is necessary to put together a real team and to spend time and considerable resources in the production of grapes suitable for sparkling wine, with a result that is nothing short of unique.
