The Silene wine is a product of the Damiano Ciolli winery, with a ruby red color, with garnet reflections, wonderful fruity scents on the nose that recall small berries with light iron notes of cinchona and aromatic herbs, on the palate it is fresh and pleasantly balanced.
Damiano Ciolli, is the heir of a family of winemakers, who knows how to fully transmit his passion and his choice of life in the vineyard, in fact the Damiano Ciolli winery has produced only 2 labels that symbolize his efforts and his will in the production of these wines. Damiano in fact has been carrying out this magnificent feat since 2001 together with Cesanese di Olevano.
Damiano’s idea of concentrating exclusively on the production of Cesanese has also allowed thanks to his passion to produce wines of the highest quality, and excellent freshness. Thanks to his work Damiano Ciolli has assumed a leading role in the small group of producers who continue to renew the product of Cesanese di Olevano, bringing it year after year to incredible successes.
This red is considered the entry wine of the canine, which takes its name from the flower that grows in its countryside areas.
