"There are places of identity, where time slows down and life has a different flavor", says the company in the presentation of its land and we must say that already at the first taste the wines of Agricola San Salvatore surprise those who do not know them. Clapazio, Greco grape in purity.
The farm San Salvatore 1988 was born in a unique terroir in the heart of the Cilento National Park where hills and small mountains near the sea. A soil rich in minerals and an ideal exposure for a healthy ripening of the grapes. An agriculture where human interaction serves only to support what nature had established. The Greco grapes used for the Calpazio come from the vineyard on the mountain from which the wine is the name where it is grown under organic conditions.
Intense and straw-yellow in color, it has notes of apricot, yellow peach, balsamic sensations of sage and then turns hints of jasmine flowers. In the mouth it is rich, sapid, with a slightly tannic end, classic of the Greco grape.
