Moch Caol Ila

Caol Ila spirits are high quality products, characterized by flavors reminiscent of Scotland and following an artisanal production according to original methods. Scotch Whiskey Moch is distilled through the use of peat with high levels of iodine; this procedure gives typical taste notes to the whiskey perceivable already at the first sip.

The pale straw yellow color releases multiple olfactory scents ranging from citrus and yellow pulp fruit, up to herbaceous and smoky notes. The taste, complex and soft, gives the palate references of peat, smoke and custard for a dry and persistent finish.
