Fresco by Villa Sandi is a brut with a straw yellow color and fine perlage, with the typical scents of prosecco from the pear williams to golden apple, with notes of mountain flowers. On the palate it's fresh and sapid enough for a pleasant drink with an aromatic taste.
The history of Villa Sandi is connected to the Moretti Polegato family, owner of this Palladian-style dwelling dating back to 1622 in a unique naturalistic setting among green hills and vineyards, which has relaunched this brand successfully thanks to many generations of wine culture. Tradition and modernity, combined with respect for nature, have given rise to wines of excellent quality in the vast area of renowned DOC and DOCG wines between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The Prosecco Il Fresco of Villa Sandi confirms the choice of the name, being fresh and delicate at the same time as a good prosecco DOC must be. It lends itself to a good aperitif as a refined dinner, for its rare drinkability combined with a certain elegance.
