The nose is elegant and layered. It opens on soft notes of acacia honey, vanilla and ripe fruit (peach and candied pear), followed by touches of delicate citrus. Deeper nuances then emerge: cocoa, sweet spice, caramel and a light hint of peat and smoke, typical of the Johnnie Walker style but extremely refined.
The palate is enveloping, velvety and surprisingly balanced. The first sensations recall dark chocolate and dried fruit, alongside accents of toasted malt and notes of almond.
