Access to and use of the e-commerce site www.mywinestore.it are governed by these Terms and conditions. The MyWineStore site and trade mark are the property of Wine Corporation srl, registered office at via Sabaudia n. 56 — 04017 San Felice Circeo (LT), Italy, entered in the Companies Register of Latina under no. 03276660598, VAT number IT03276660598.
Users who use the online shop and the services offered by MyWineStore declare that they have read and accept these conditions of sale.
Preliminary note: under the law in force, alcoholic and spirit products may not be purchased by customers who are under age.
These conditions may be changed at any time and take effect when published on www.mywinestore.it. Customers are asked to check for any changes to the conditions of sale each time they buy.
To use MyWineStore’s services, users must register on the site, providing truthfully and in full all the data requested by the registration form, and accept in their entirety the privacy policy and these general conditions.
The customer/buyer warrants that the actual owner of the goods purchased in the online shop is of legal age; failing that, MyWineStore declines any liability arising from the entry of untruthful data.
All prices shown on the site include VAT and may be subject to periodic change without notice. Where the prices published on the site differ from those in any advertising images, the prices shown on the online shop page prevail.
Every order submitted constitutes a request to purchase the products published on the site. Orders are subject to availability and to acceptance at MyWineStore’s discretion; MyWineStore reserves the right not to confirm an order, in particular where one or more of the products purchased are unavailable: in that case the price and the shipping costs borne by the Customer will be refunded.
The actual availability of a product is indicative, since several users may buy the same product at the same time and make it unavailable. The photographs shown are indicative and are not a warranty of the products’ qualities; the photograph does not always show the vintage actually on sale, for which only the year given in the product name is authoritative.
Bottles with a personalized label are made to the Customer’s specifications. When confirming the order the Customer must check that the texts, dates and artwork entered are correct: the content of the label is reproduced exactly as confirmed at the time of the order. As these are goods made to measure and clearly personalized, for these products the right of withdrawal is excluded under art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (see the Right of withdrawal page).
If there is a fault in the product purchased, the Customer must keep the bottle with at least 3/4 of its contents and its cork, report the problem within 6 months of purchase and send everything, at their own expense, to Wine Corporation srl, via Sabaudia n. 56 — 04017 San Felice Circeo (LT), Italy. An expert will check the condition of the product and, if the fault is confirmed, Wine Corporation srl will refund the cost of shipping and of the bottle, or send a voucher of the same value to be spent on the site. Replacement is not possible for “vintage” wines, that is, products more than one year older than the current production.
Completing a purchase on www.mywinestore.it earns points that can be converted into vouchers. Points accumulate with every purchase and are added to the profile of each registered customer; the balance and the movements can be seen, after signing in, in the dedicated section of the customer account. Every euro spent earns 1 loyalty point worth € 0.01. The vouchers obtained can be spent on orders of at least € 150 (excluding shipping costs).
The “Referral programme” lets you obtain discounts by introducing MyWineStore to your friends: for every friend invited who completes a first purchase, MyWineStore gives € 5 off to both the sponsor and the new member. Purchases on MyWineStore are subject to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 and, most recently, by Legislative Decree 209/2025), which gives consumers the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Withdrawal may also be exercised online through the dedicated withdrawal function provided for by art. 54-bis of the Consumer Code. MyWineStore warrants that the personal data acquired in connection with the sale of the products will be processed lawfully and fairly, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and with Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code) as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. By placing an order on www.mywinestore.it you consent to receiving the invoice in electronic format only. The invoice must be printed and kept as the original in accordance with Ministerial Circular 45/E of 19/10/2005.
The contents of MyWineStore — by way of example: works, images, photographs, music, sounds, videos, slogans, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material in any format, including menus, web pages, graphics, colours, schemes, tools, typefaces, site design, diagrams, layouts and software — are protected by copyright and by every other intellectual property right of Wine Corporation srl and of the other rights holders. Reproduction, in whole or in part and in any form, without the express written consent of Wine Corporation srl is prohibited. Users are authorized only to view the site and its contents and to carry out temporary acts of reproduction that have no independent economic significance and are transient or incidental to lawful browsing of the site.
Wine Corporation srl has taken every useful precaution to ensure that the contents of MyWineStore are accurate and up to date as at the date of publication and, as far as possible, thereafter; it nevertheless accepts no liability as to the accuracy and completeness of the contents published, without prejudice to liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence and save as otherwise provided by law.
Anyone accessing the site is responsible for obtaining suitable antivirus and firewall protection and releases MyWineStore from all liability for any damage arising from viruses, damaged files, errors, omissions, interruptions of service, deletion of content, problems with the network, the provider or telephone and/or data connections, unauthorized access, alteration of data, or failure or malfunction of the user’s electronic equipment.
The customer is solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials that give access to the restricted services of the site, and for any harmful consequence for MyWineStore arising from the improper use, loss or theft of those credentials.
These terms and all disputes concerning the performance, interpretation and validity of the contract are subject to Italian law. The parties undertake to refer any dispute, within the limits of the applicable legislation, to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, with exclusive venue in the Court of Latina.
