The hand-picked and carefully selected grapes are gently pressed, and the must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. This is followed by aging on the lees for 90 months in the bottle, during which the aromas and organoleptic characteristics typical of this process develop.<\/p>\n
Rizzini’s Franciacorta Brut Millesimato is made from hand-selected Chardonnay grapes and vinified according to the Classic Method. After fermentation in stainless steel and a period in barrique, the wine ages on the lees for at least 60 months, developing aromatic complexity, elegance, and an extraordinary finesse of perlage.<\/p>\n
