Rosbat\u00f9 Corv\u00e9e is a wine produced from Schiava, Pinot Noir and Lagrein grapes grown on south-facing terraces in various vineyards in the municipality of Cembra. After the successive harvesting of Pinot Noir, Schiava and Lagrein, the “teardrop” pressing takes place, static decantation of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging on the lyses for approximately 6 months in 225 liter French oak barrels and 6 months of bottle refinement.<\/p>\n
