Produced exclusively with Trebbiano grapes, from the company’s vineyards located in the municipality of Controguerra, this wine comes from medium-textured soil, rich in skeleton, and a Guyot training system, with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare. The harvest, carried out manually between the end of September and the first days of October, guarantees the selection of the best grapes. The vinification involves a cold maceration of about 15 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in concrete barrels. Subsequently, the wine remains on the fine lees for 2-3 months, always at a controlled temperature, to refine its organoleptic characteristics.
