The noble freshness of Chardonnay is the basis of the Ruinart cuvées, as is the extraordinary terroir where the vineyards extend between the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The cellars that rise like underground chalk cathedrals determine the added value of a slow maturation in the bottle and a careful winemaking process, which together with the rigorous respect of the natural cycle of the vineyard, represent the distinctive elements of Champagne Ruinart. The milestone of 300 years in 2029 is certainly not a coincidence, between respect for traditions and continuous creative innovation.

Champagne Rosé Ruinart represents a sublime expression of the art of Champagne winemaking, combining the aromatic complexity of Chardonnay with the structure and vivacity of Pinot Noir. Produced by the prestigious Maison Ruinart, this Rosé is a meticulous blend of Chardonnay grapes (45%) from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, and Pinot Noir (55%) grown mainly in the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. The choice of these specific plots, often classified as Premier Cru, guarantees excellent grape quality and great terroir typicity. The vinification of the Pinot Noir, partly in red, gives the Rosé de Ruinart its characteristic pink hue and greater aromatic complexity. Subsequently, the base wines are assembled and aged for at least three years on the lees in the cool Ruinart crayères, ancient chalk quarries that offer an ideal environment for the development of aromas and the creation of a fine and persistent effervescence.

Delicate pink color with slightly orange reflections, a sign of careful vinification and a balanced assembly. Fine and persistent perlage, with bubbles that rise from the bottom of the glass in an elegant and continuous way. On the nose it presents itself with a broad and complex bouquet, characterized by notes of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), enriched by floral nuances of rose and sweet spices such as vanilla and nutmeg. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. The fruity and floral aromas perceived on the nose are found in the mouth, accompanied by mineral notes and a long and persistent finish. Champagne Rosé Ruinart is an extremely versatile wine, perfect both as an aperitif and to accompany delicate and refined dishes. It pairs well with raw seafood, sushi, fish carpaccio, fresh cheeses and red fruit desserts.

Serving temperature 8°- 10°C

Production area: France

Vintage: s.a

Alcohol: 12.5%

Capacity: 75 cl.

Company: Ruinart

Vine variety: Pinot Noir 55% and Chardonnay 45%

Denomination: AOC Champagne

Recommended pairings: Aperitifs, Delicate and refined dishes, Raw seafood, Sushi, Fish carpaccio, Fresh cheeses, Red fruit desserts

Champagne Rosé Ruinart is an icon of oenology, a wine that embodies the elegance and refinement of Maison Ruinart.
