The production philosophy of Tormaresca is based on some fundamental principles, the vineyards are cultivated with sustainable methods, favoring the use of traditional agricultural practices and limiting the use of chemical products. Tormaresca is committed to promoting native Apulian vines, such as Negroamaro, Primitivo, Fiano and Nero di Troia, highlighting their unique characteristics. N\u00e8prica Primitivo by Tormaresca is a red wine that embodies the essence of the Apulian Primitivo, a native grape variety with great character. Produced by the famous Tormaresca winery, this wine represents a perfect combination of tradition and innovation. The N\u00e8prica grapes come from vineyards located in the Murgia, a region characterized by calcareous and clayey soils that give the wine a robust structure and excellent longevity. Primitivo, a red grape variety of ancient origin, finds in this area the ideal conditions to best express its characteristics. The vinification of N\u00e8prica takes place following traditional methods, with alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats. This choice allows us to preserve the freshness of the fruit and enhance the typical aromatic notes of Primitivo. After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel for a few months before being bottled.<\/p>\n
