The Endrizzi winery is “the historic winery of Trentino” a true wine heritage. Founded in 1885 by Francesco and Angelo Endrici, when this territory was still part of the Austro-Hungarian kingdom. The company has contributed significantly to the development of local viticulture, the historic vineyards, located on morainic soils, are the basis for the production of wines of great structure and complexity. Piancastello Ros\u00e9 best expresses the varietal characteristics of the vines from which it is produced, offering a fresh and immediate aromatic profile, but at the same time complex and multifaceted. On the nose, a complex and inviting bouquet unfolds, characterized by intense fruity notes of small red fruits such as raspberry and currant, expertly integrated with greener nuances of apple and a spicy touch of pepper leaf. In the mouth, Piancastello Ros\u00e9 reveals itself to be taut, crisp and savoury, with a balanced structure and a notable aromatic persistence.
