The vineyard called C\u00f3r by the Cembra winemakers from which this 100% Pinot Blanc is obtained, is perched 500 meters above sea level on the sunny side of Monte Pincaldo. The high temperatures, the attitude and the soil rich in porphyry, sandy and draining, represent the ideal conditions for an excellent white wine. The grapes are harvested manually in the second half of September, followed by the static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and aging on the lees in French oak barrels for about 8 months, with further aging in bottle of about 6 months before marketing.
