Cristal champagne is an excellence of the French winery Luis Roederer with great personality, the result of the use of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cuv\u00e9\u00e9e. The winemaking process is long and accurate: the French grapes are harvested and matured for about 6 years in the cellars and left to rest, after disgorging, for about 8 months. The real viticultural process takes place in oak barrels without any type of malolactic fermentation.
