The vines from which Elfenberg’s Sauvignon Blanc comes from are grown with the Guyot system on clayey and sandy soils at 400 meters above sea level. Once ripe, the grapes are processed in a controlled atmosphere to preserve their typical aromatic component. Hence the fruity notes on the nose, and a pleasant acidity on the palate, the slightly bitter nuance and the full and persistent flavor.<\/p>\n
