V8+ was born in 2010, but its roots are deep in the cultural heritage, terroir and passion that characterize the lands of Prosecco. At each harvest, the young and talented team of winemakers creates products that are the perfect expression of the excellence of the territory from which they come. The vineyards are fortunate to be located between the Venetian and Friulian plains and the hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO heritage site. The Glera grape is ennobled thanks to the second fermentation with the Martinotti Method, while hints and aromas are sublimated through the careful selection of yeasts by the winemakers. This is the secret to obtaining fresh and fragrant sparkling wines. Aromas and flavors are effectively extracted, bringing out the best of the fruity and floral notes of the grapes and giving the wine a unique and unmistakable perlage.<\/p>\n
Prosecco Berto di V8+ is produced with Glera grapes grown in Prosecco DOC soil on flat clayey silty loam lands. exposed to strong temperature variations and alternation of fresh (Bora) and hot humid (Scirocco) winds. After the harvest. the grapes are crushed and subjected to soft pressing. Obtained the wort. it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to preserve the delicate aromas of the grapes. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is placed in an autoclave. The sparkling process lasts for at least 30 days and the final sugar residue is 8g\/L.<\/p>\n
The Prosecco Brut Berto by V8+ has a delicate straw yellow color with greenish nuances and a persistent foam. On the nose it smells of acacia flowers, rennet apple, mint and white melon; on the sip it is creamy, fresh and with slightly savory touches that invite you to drink again.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
