This Cuv\u00e9e ros\u00e9 was produced using exclusively reserve ros\u00e9 wines, which undergo a separate vinification process, then the wines are left to rest for a few months, without carrying out malolactic fermentation and are then blended to create the final cuv\u00e9e.
