A’Puddara Tenuta di Fessina is a white Etna from Carricante grapes produced in the vineyard located in Biancavilla in the Contrada Manzudda with a southern exposure and an altitude of about 900 meters. with a soil mainly composed of clayey particles, remains of lapilli, sand and volcanic ashes, with small fractions of potassium, basaltic lava and ancient tuffs.<\/p>\n
The white Etna A’Puddara Tenuta di Fessina has a straw yellow color with green reflections with a citrus nose of orange peel, mango, broom, aromatic herbs and graphite. On the palate a great minerality and then citrus and iodine hints.<\/p>\n
