The Cantina I Feudi di Romans was born in the fifties of the last century when the founder Severino Lorenzon laid the foundations in the creation of the reality we know today. Located in an area that was not very developed at the time and considered “abandoned”, Severino began the cultivation of the vineyards with love and dedication, giving great importance to respect for the environment and the territory. The great attention to the well-being of the vines to have great quality grapes that know how to transfer the greatness of the territory into the glass. Absence of weeding, sub-irrigation and manual thinning testify to the attention in the fields.

The Sauvignon Blanc I Feudi Di Romans is a white of excellent quality. The grapes are grown on a soil of noble clays, gravel and sand with the Guyot training system and harvested in September, from vineyards from 1998 to 2010. It is destemmed, followed by cold maceration for a short period. It is then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by natural decantation. At the end of fermentation, carried out in stainless steel containers, the wine is kept on the lees for several months during which batonnage is carried out. Bottling will then follow.

The Sauvignon Blanc I Feudi Di Romans has a light golden yellow color. The nose has a characteristic aroma, while the taste is dry and pleasant on the palate.
