The variations in temperature in El Salvador help produce a perfectly aged rum, with temperatures up to 36 \u00b0 C during the day and 25 \u00b0 C at night. Also thanks to a careful fermentation and distillation of the sugar syrup and molasses.<\/p>\n<p>Ron Single Barrel\u00a0Hojalun Cihuat\u00e1n shows an amber color. On the nose there is an inviting scent of banana, green melon, vanilla and nutmeg.
