The company boasts 11 hectares of vineyards, cultivated almost exclusively with Chardonnay, apart from a small percentage of Pinot Noir, with vines that are about 30 years old. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Reserve Grand Cru of the Maison Vazart Coquart is a perfect Champagne for those who love refined cuv\u00e9es, the delicate taste and finesse of Chardonnay. At the end of the soft pressing, fermentation is carried out to create the base wines.
