Since the 1980s the Domaine has been engaged in the exclusive production of wines called &#8221; AOC &#8221; of Blanquette and Cr\u00e9mant de Limoux on 30 hectares. The company already set up, over time, by Michel Dervin, &#8220;champagnard&#8221; away, has everything to look good in the generous, but rather closed, context of Limoux. Low yields, the least invasive interventions possible, technologically advanced cellar. Only bubbles as required by the centuries-old tradition of this territory.
