The vines grown by the company are the same ones that covered Magna Graecia and in particular the &#8220;Vetere&#8221; Paestum PGI Rosato is a pure Aglianico. The production philosophy is based with conviction on respect for nature and traditional techniques. So the vines are not stressed and the natural rhythms are supported as much as possible. The harvest and defoliation operations are 100% manual, the pressing is ultra-soft and the winery uses a photovoltaic system to reduce the environmental impact.
