This Stella Maris Brut sparkling wine by Mariotti is produced with Fortana grapes grown in the protected area of \u200b\u200bDuna della Puiiaa San Giuseppe di Comacchio. The vinification takes place in stainless steel, refines in the bottle for a year in contact with the yeasts, in addition to the particularity of refining in water in a basket called “Ostriga” used for the breeding of oysters.
