The Nipozzano Riserva 2016 embodies an extraordinary vintage, characterized by an ideal climate for obtaining excellent wines. The grapes harvested in September are immediately transported to the cellar where the spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where the maceration and malolactic fermentation is subsequently carried out in steel.
