Sergio Zenato founded his winery in 1960 on the Veneto side south of Lake Garda, in the lands of Lugana and Valpolicella, devoting himself with passion and great spirit of enterprise to the cultivation of native vines such as Trebbiano di Lugana and the renowned Corvina, Rondinella and Osoleta. The grapes ferment for 3 weeks in stainless steel with regular pumping over to stimulate the release of substances from the skins.
