Bollinger PN AY18 is a pinot noir champagne mainly produced in the Grand Cru A\u00ff and minimally in Tauxi\u00e8res and Verzenay. As tradition dictates, it is a cuv\u00e9e produced with the juice from the first pressing of the bunches. The second fermentation is followed by a long period of aging on the yeasts before disgorgement.<\/p>\n
