Palazzo Tronconi is a winery in the heart of Arce in Ciociaria, where the ancient Arcese vines so famous in the Kingdom of Naples are grown: the Lecinaro, the Black Ulivello, the Pampanaro, the Capolongo, the Maturano Bianco, in addition to the Malvasia Puntinata, the Moscato di Terracina and Syrah. Wines produced according to biodynamic agriculture respecting the rhythms of the earth, the sun and the rains. Authentic wines purified from all external agents that undermine their naturalness, and the truest characteristic expression. The vineyards where the grapes of the Lecinaro and Ulivello Nero varieties are grown are located on sandy and clayey hilly terrain. The harvest is manual in mid-September and the vinification follows the dictates of biodynamics, that is, by means of spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous mild vines, without any clarification or filtration. The wine ferments in cement tanks and ages in previously used French oak barriques for at least 12 months.\u00a0A wine produced in only 500 bottles to testify the importance that the label has in the company production.<\/p>\n
