Suadente di Vinanti is obtained from the Nero d’Avola vineyards cultivated in Chiarimonte Gulfi on limestone soil and a favorable climate. The perfect ripening of the grapes that opens the harvest is generally the second week of September. Fermentation traditionally takes place with maceration on the skins for 6\/8 days, followed by racking, soft pressing and malolactic fermentation. Maturation takes place in steel for 9 months and the wine is further refined in the bottle for another 3 months at controlled temperature. An explosion of persuasive aromas in all senses.<\/p>\n
