The Vinanti winery was founded in 2009 in Chiaramonte Gulfi in the province of Ragusa in south-eastern Sicily dominated by the Iblei Mountains, with the idea of \u200b\u200bproducing wines with a strong territorial vocation and personality. Syrah Notte by Vinanti comes from\u00a0vineyards grown on calcareous soil and very well exposed from a climatic point of view. The perfect ripening of the grapes that opens the harvest is generally the second week of September. Fermentation traditionally takes place with maceration on the skins for 6\/8 days, followed by racking, soft pressing and malolactic fermentation. Maturation takes place in steel for 9 months and the wine is further refined in the bottle for another 3 months. A fragrant and intense red ideal with red meats or with fish such as grilled bluefin tuna.<\/p>\n
