This research established a strong link between the Del Maguey distillery and the individual territories where certain Mezcals were produced with distinct distinctive characteristics. Each village produces its own particular type of Mezcal certified by the Ron Cooper company, which scrupulously indicates its origin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\"><span lang=\"en\" xml:lang=\"en\">Vida is an artisanal and organic Mezcal produced in San Luis del Rio, subjected to double distillation in modest-sized stills powered by a wood fire.
