The grapes used to produce Ros\u00e9 Brut La Grande Ann\u00e9e are Pinot Noir with a small dose of Chardonnay, from 14 Grand Cru. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels with refermentation in the bottle according to the champenoise method. At the time of assembly, 6% of Pinot Noir vinified in red is added to the vintage base wines, while aging on the lees is at least 60 months. At the end of a manic manufacturing process in every phase, the result is a Champagne of supreme elegance, with a surprising aromatic personality worthy expression of the Maison that produces it.<\/p>\n
