The Maison Philippe Gilbert is a creature of Giulio Menegatti fruit of his love for France and for Champagne, to whom he has dedicated 35 years of his professional life, becoming one of the most accredited Italian luminaries on it. We find the traces of this deep passion in the memories of Giulio himself, who tells us how\u00a0hard it’s to hold back the emotion reached in Reims in front of the portal of the Cathedral dedicated to San Remigio, one of the greatest examples of Gothic style, embellished with painted windows by the Russian naturalized French painter Marc Chagall.
