Cori is an ancient town surrounded by a wonderful hilly landscape made up of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Here is the Cincinnato Agricultural Cooperative between the Lepini Mountains and the Castelli Romani, born in 1947 by a few dozen farmers with the idea of \u200b\u200bbringing together forces and resources to market the local wine. Today it has 152 members on a total vineyard area of \u200b\u200b450 hectares, and has won international awards that have brought it from most of the world from Lazio. The vines grown are the autochthonous Nero Buono from the Cori area, the Bellone already present in Roman times in the area of \u200b\u200bthe the Castelli Romani, the Cesanese, the Greco and the Malavasia Puntinata. A story that of Cincinnato made of sharing and dedication to the land, where sustainable agriculture is practiced with some completely organic vineyards.<\/p>\n
