The grapes are then gently pressed and the must undergo static clarification. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 \u00b0 C. The wine subsequently ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel containers.<\/p>\n<p>Bright yellow, great aromatic charge with a varied and wide bouquet; from notes of rose petals to flowers to spices.
