Armin Kobler’s Gew\u00fcrztraminer Feld is a Alto Adige DOC which is obtained from rather young vineyards located on clayey-sandy soils rich in Dolomite debris that enhance its freshness and minerality. The bunches are carefully selected and picked by hand, and after pressing, the must is fermented in steel tanks where it ages for a few months before being bottled.
