The Elisir Gambrinus is produced in the winery of the same name in the heart of the Piave in Veneto since 1847, and owned by the Zanotto family that has preserved the tradition for four generations. From the centuries-old vineyards of the indigenous Raboso vine in San Polo di Piave, wine and liqueurs are produced respecting the original manuscripts of the end of the 19th century as in the case of the one written by the master vintner Giacomo to produce the Elisir Gambrinus. The Elisir Gambrinus is left to mature for years and years in French oak barrels along with cane sugar and a great variety of natural herbs at the base of the great aromatic complexity that distinguishes it.
