The Damoiseau family has been associated with the history of fine artisanal agricultural rhum since 1942, when it began producing at its own Bellevue distillery in Guadeloupe, in the Caribbean Sea. The secret lies in the quality of the raw materials, such as 100% of first-pressed sugar cane juice, distilled in a continuous column still, and then matured in wooden barrels, refining the sweet and spicy taste.
