The Swedish Hern\u00f6 distillery was founded by bartender Jon Hillgren after a long work experience in London, and a particular passion for gin. It’s no coincidence that the small artisan distillery is located near the town of H\u00e4rn\u00f6sand in an area of \u200b\u200bSweden called \u2018H\u00f6ga kusten\u2019 a World Heritage Site for UNESCO for its natural beauty among islands, lakes and hills of rare beauty.
