In fact, we let the small sediments of the wood settle before bottling it so that they settle in a natural way. Only an &#8220;Artisan&#8221; process like theirs allows these &#8220;singularities&#8221; of the highest quality. The result is a full-bodied grappa, a full flavor ranging from hazelnut to licorice, from chocolate to toasted wood. A very complex flavor that never stops developing in the mouth and that persists over time. There is only one term to define this grappa: surprising. For those lucky enough to drink it it will become a point of reference.
