The processing begins with cold maceration and soft pressing, continues with fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature and ends with maturation on the fine lees for 4 months.<\/p>\n<p>Gew\u00fcrztraminer has a straw-yellow color with particular reddish reflections, presenting itself to the nose through aromas of roses, geranium, exotic fruits and citrus.
